Hello! Me and my team would like to request essential data and information for a community-based project that aims to mitigate flooding issues in Davao City. The following data we would like to request, if possible, are;
1) Historical Flood Data of Davao City from 2000 - present, including dates, location and severity levels.
2) Geographic Information System Maps that indicate flood-prone areas in Davao City
3) Rainfall Data including patterns, frequencies, intensity, and rainfall data for specific periods corresponding to flooding events.

I refer to my letter of Oct 03, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Flood Prone Areas Data in Davao City. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 26, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
