I refer to my letter of Jan 01, 2021 04:41:33 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Flood Hydrograph, Bearing Capacity, Seismic Design Capacity of Sagay City.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. What we can give you is only the rainfall amount on our closest station from Sagay City.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 31, 2021 02:31:27 AM, your request will be closed.

I refer to my letter of Jan 06, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Flood Hydrograph, Bearing Capacity, Seismic Design Capacity of Sagay City. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Mar 31, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
