I would like to request for information regarding: 1) Flood History of Barangay Panghulo, Obando, Bulacan *Specific incidents of flooding that have occurred in Barangay Panghulo over the past decade (2013-2023)? *Can you provide information on the frequency, duration, and severity of past flooding events in Panghulo? *Are there information for patterns or trends in historical flood occurrences?
