Good day. we are currently conducting Flood and Sediment Control studies both in Bicol River Basin and Pampanga River Basin. With that, we would like to request for the inventory of projects in both river basin from 2016 to present as well as all alignment and location structures related to those projects. If possible we would like to request also related Master Plan and Feasibility studies in relation to the above concern. Thank you.

June 23, 2023 Dear Benedict Godinez, This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Flood and Sediment Control studies in Bicol and Pampanga. In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to know if the requested " inventory of projects in both river basin from 2016 to present as well as all alignment and location structures related to those projects" are flood control projects implemented in Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Zambales, Bataan. For example, the Upper Pampanga River Basin alone comprises Awilan, Digmala, Coronel, Talavera and Peñaranda rivers. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify all data/information being requested. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold.
