Good day! I am Louise Danielle D. Escarilla, a 5th year architecture student of National University Manila that is currently enrolled in Architectural design 9: Thesis Writing

Ms. Escarilla:
This has reference to your request for the Fish Port Requirements and Design Guidelines, received from this Office last September 19, 2022.
In view of the thereof, we wish to inform you that your request may not be granted in due course, such information falls under the exceptions mentioned in Section 4 of Executive Order No. 2, rule number 6 of the guidelines of such exceptions "Prejudicial disclosure", that the manual is still subject for our Agency's board approval.
However, we wish to encourage you to lodge your request to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), as our Agency follows the structural standards of the said Department in our fish ports and post-harvest facilities.
Finally, we are inviting your attention to our website at the following link, https://pfda.gov.ph/index.php/about-us#regional-fish-ports, here you can access our Regional Fish Port Complexes with its port facilities, as a possible aid to your requested information.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to His Excellence and the concurrent Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Ferdinand E. Marcos, Jr. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
