September 28, 2022 Good day! Ms. Escarilla: This has reference to your request for the Fish Port Requirements and Design Guidelines, received from this Office last September 19, 2022. In view of the thereof, we wish to inform you that your request may not be granted in due course, such information falls under the exceptions mentioned in Section 4 of Executive Order No. 2, rule number 6 of the guidelines of such exceptions "Prejudicial disclosure", that the manual is still subject for our Agency's board approval. However, we wish to encourage you to lodge your request to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), as our Agency follows the structural standards of the said Department in our fish ports and post-harvest facilities.
