Greetings! Requesting for a fire incident report happened in our residence in barangay Old Capitol Site Quezon City last Sunday May 21, 2023. I will be needing the report in our fire calamity claim in our company. This is one of our benefits we are eligible in case it happened. So far, we are still having no electricity in our area and this claim will be used to our needs and purchasing a solar panel, so we no longer need to use candle at night which is unsafe and prone to fire accident. Looking forward for your response. Regards, Ma. Gemma M. Torralba
