Your Request You asked for Financial Statement. Response to Request Kindly be informed that as verified from SEC Database DRAGON STAR HIGHWAY SHIPPING CORP. was registered with this Office in 2012. As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2015 to 2021. Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC. The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.
