I would like to request the Financial Statement of “PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE: METRO RAIL TRANSIT (MRT)” from 1999 to 2009. On the website of the METRO RAIL TRANSIT, there are financial statements from 2010 to 2016, but there are no financial statements from 1999 year to 2009. I am a researcher (graduate student) in Japan. The requested documents will be used only for the purpose of academic studies. If necessary, I will submit the draft to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) before its financial submission to the institution.
