1. Nationwide budget allocation for the cellular data allowance of Junior and Senior High School Students in public schools (if there are any)
2. MoAs with Telcos & DITC regarding the free data coverage for the use of DepEd Commons and other Department-related services catered for high school students

The said information will be cited as local literature for a school-wide level-specific study named:
The Impact of Distance Learning Setup to Cellular Load Expenses of Grade 12 Students of Muntinlupa Science High School
Unfortunately, we do not yet have a complete abstract of the study, but if it is required we will kindly submit it for the reference of the FOI officer.

I refer to my letter of Jun 03, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Financial Report of Operations, MoAs with DICT and Telcos on DepEd Commons. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Aug 26, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
