Hi, good afternoon. I would like to ask if how can I avail financial assistance from your office as a daughter of a retired veteran. I am currently working in a private clinic. I was tested positive for Covid-19 last Sept. 29 and was discharged after 10days and continue the 4days home quarantine to complete the 14days isolation. My salary is not enough to pay the bills that is why I am asking financial help to pay the outstanding balance of my hospital bill left in the hospital. I hope you can help me with this matter and I hope you have programs for this. Thank you very much. God Bless.
Dear MAYBELL, Thank you for your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Financial Assistance. Thank you. FOI Officer
