Good day Ma'am/Sir, Ako po ay nagbabakasakaling mabibigyan ninyo ng tulong pinansyal para sa mga naibayad ko noong ako ay naospital na ipinangutang ko lamang. Umabot po ang hospital bills ko ng mahigit 338,000 pesos. Maraming salamat po sa inaasahan naming tulong. God bless po.

May 31, 2022 Dear Mario Escamillas, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 30, 2022 08:58:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial Assistance. Response to your request Please find the attached herein document on the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program with respective requirements through the NCR Online Application. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility or Malasakit Center within the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
