June 15, 2021 Dear Ralph Castor, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 09, 2021 06:09:42 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Financial Assistance. Response to Request Please be informed that the request of your brother Mr. Ryan Castor was already coordinated with the PCSO Batangas Branch. Due to pandemic, request for PCSO assistance may be filed with the Medical Social Service of the St. Francis Cabrini Medical Center in Batangas which will directly forward the request to the PCSO Batangas Branch Office via email address. Thus, the Charity Assistant Department (CAD) sent an email to Mr. Castor to proceed to the Medical Social Service of the St. Francis Cabrini Medical Center in Batangas where he may submit the original documentary requirement which in turn will forward the documents electronically to the PCSO Batangas Branch. The CAD likewise informed the PCSO Batangas Branch thereof in order to facilitate evaluation and processing of the request of Mr. Castor for assistance once received from the Medical Social Services of St. Francis Cabrini Medical Center.
