Kami po ay lumalapit sa inyo upang humingi po ng tulong sa pagbayad po ng hospital bill po ni lola. Marami pa po procedure na gagawin kay lola po kaso 300k+ na po bill at need daw po namin i settle ung needed amount para maituloy po ung CT scan ni lola. At wala po kami ganoong halaga para mabayaran po. Naka NGT na po siya ngayon dahil hindi na po nakakakain o inom. Mamaya po need po niya ma CT SCAN kasi parang nastroke na raw po as per doc. Pwede ko po isend hospital bill, rtpcr, medical abstract po ni lola. Nawa'y mabasa niyo po ito. Umaasa - Salas Family from San Fernando, Pampanga

October 8, 2021 Dear Rachell Almario, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 08, 2021 04:40:47 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial assistance on hospital bill due to Covid-19. Response to your request We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to .
