Greetings!  I am a first-year Civil Engineering student at Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City and require immediate assistance in paying my school's second semester tuition fee.  I utilized my TIP-QC scholarship for the first semester, however the second semester scholars have not yet been released. That is why I am seeking financial help to fund my second semester tuition fee, since the scholarship is competitive. My family is struggling financially, and I don't want to burden them with my school fees. Therefore, this assistance is a major help for my Education Journey.
