Nais ko po sanang dumunog ng tulong financial para sa bill ng aking kapatid , xa po ngayon ay naka admit sa mcu hospital sa kadahilanang naputukan po xa ng ugat sa ulo at ngayon ay stroke , hindi ko po alam pano ko mababayaran ang remaining balance nmin sa ospital para mailabas ko na po at maiuwi dito sa bahay ang aking kapatid . .nagbabakasakali po ako na sana matulungan nyo po kami . May 23, 2022 Dear Phoebe Siosn, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 21, 2022 12:39:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial assistance for Professional fees. Response to your request Please find the attached herein document on the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program with respective requirements through the NCR Online Application. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility or Malasakit Center within the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
