Hello po Magandang Araw po sa inyo ! Nagbabaka sakali po kami na may malapitan po na tulong sa inyo po. Need tulong pinansyal po para sa aking Tito na naospital due to stroke and pneumonia. Sa ngayon po naka confine pa din po siya and dumami po ang kanyang complications namamaga po ang kanyang utak at puso ang sabi ng doktor namin, ngayon po ay may tubig na din po ang kanyang baga. Kaya lahat po ng posibleng aming malapitan ay nilalapitan na po namin dahil patuloy po ang paglobo ng aming bill sa ospital. Nawa po ay matulungan niyo po kami sa aming kinakaharap na problema.

Your request You asked for FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR MY TITO HOSPITALIZED DUE TO STROKE AND PNEUMONIA. Response to your request Please find the attached herein document on the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program with respective requirements through the NCR Online Application. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility or Malasakit Center within the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to .
