We are asking for your help with financial asking for my Lola. She is in
Charity under Chinese general hospital She is confined in the hospital and keeps fighting for her life. She was diagnosed with HASCVD heart failure with reduced Ejection Fractions/t Ischemic. Due to expensive medical bills, we are humbly asking your good office for your help for financial support to continue her medication.

We understand that the respond will be longer if this in case may we ask if I can get the requirements first? and since the respond from your good office will take too long and my Lola is currently in the Charity in Chinese General Hospital we are buying the medecine for now and it was PHP 5,000 a day may we ask if this can be refunded? since we have lot of debts right now.

Response to your request
Please find the attached herein document on the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program with respective requirements through the NCR Online Application.
Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility or Malasakit Center within the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to .
