Good Day! I am writing this letter to request financial assistance for my father. He was diagnosed with CKD Stage 5 secondary to diabetes. We were recently discharged from the hospital last May 1, 2023, and our hospital bill was almost 90k plus the medicines. And now I am asking for financial assistance for the continuous treatment of hemodialysis and for his take-home medication. I don't know where to get funds because most of my savings are already spent. I am the only one working and my salary is not enough to support my father's medications. Thank you very much! -Gladys Joy Pilapil
