Good day,
My name is Rose Marie Lamis. m an Overseas Performing Artist. I arrived in the Philippines on November 22, 2019 from Fukushima Ken Japan. I am about to go back in Japan but because of COVID19 I wasn't able to report to my agency due to enhance community quarantine/ lockdown.
May I request for a financial assistance which I am qualified for as an OFW. Hoping to get a response. I truly appreciate your kindness and help.

Thank you for accepting my request. I truly appreciate your help for me to get my financial cash assistance request to DOLE.
I am still looking forward for the progress.
I am very unfortunate these days because of having lack of finances. I'm sorry to brought this up but I ain't have a source of income these times of quarantine period. I truly need your helping hand in this situation.

Magandang umaga po.
Nais ko po sanang malaman ang estado ng paghingi ko po ng tulong sa DOLE-AKAP. Nag apply po ako online noong May 1, 2020.
Nangungupahan po ako at may sakit ang mama ko at retired na siya. Ako po ang sumusuporta sa lahat ng gamutan niya.
Nawalan po akong source of income noong nagsimula ang covid pandemic.
Sana mabigyan niyo po ako ng magandang balita tungkol sa financial assistance na para sa OFW.
Wala po ako natanggap na financial assistance galing sa government bukod sa 1k na ayuda.
Dinggin niyo po sana ako. Maraming salamat po.
