In light of recent events, My in-law has been diagnosed of COVID-19 with Severe Pneumonia and is now hospitalized but hopefully will recover from this difficult ordeal. We aim to provide her financial support with your help. We are knocking on your generous hearts to help us raise funds for her needs. As of now, she is under the support of a High Nasal Flow Machine with 50lbs oxygen tank. With HNFM, her oxygen tank is consumed in an hour. For the second time around, we are desperately asking for your help for her hourly refill of oxygen tank. Medical costs are extending beyond our finances

You asked for Financial Assistance for COVID19 Patient.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to .
