Hello. Humihingi po kame ng tulong para po sa aking ama. Ang aking ama aya nasa pribadong hospital sa kadahilanang siya ay covid patient. Lumala ang kanyang sakit at kinailangan gawin sa kanya ang Hemoperfusion. Kame po ay humihingi ng tulong sa inyo para po mailabas na namin ang aming ama sa hospital. Hindi na po kasi namin kaya ang mga babayaran. Ako po ay naawa na rin sa aking mama dahil nahihirapn na siyang kumaen at maka tulog dahil sa malaking halaga na kailanhan namin. September 16, 2021 Dear Delthon Reyes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 16, 2021 10:50:30 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial assistance for covid patient (severe pneumonia). Response to your request We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to .
