Hi. Good day! I am Abigail dawn rapanut. Request po sana ako na matulungan ngayon. 😥🙏 Apat po kmi myembro ng pmilya. Si papa po ay PWD may sakit sa puso at severe, si mama po ang ngbabantay sknya sa bahay ksama ang aking 10years old na Kpatid. At minsan ng uukay ukay po sya pag kaya pa ng oras nya Kami po ay nangungupahan sa GMAcavite Ngksakit po ako at nadiagnosed ng covid mula aug17,2021 to sep15, hanggang nyon po wala pako trabaho dhil po sa vaccine na nakansela nuong ng quarantine ako.at ngantay pa po ko txt.khit mgkno po sna para lang makaraos po kmi sa sitwasyon. Thank you for your request dated Sep 22, 2021 09:01:08 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial assistance for covid and pwd. Response to your request We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
