Hi, I would like to ask assistance on how to apply for financial assistance for my Father's hospitalization due to covid 19 its been a week now and hospital bills are filling up. Due to his condition that needs urgent hospitalization we admitted him to a private hospital here in san Pablo Laguna. We dont know when he will be discharge and we don't know how much will be the bill as of the moment the bills are on 6digits now. Im askung for your helo. Thank you& God bless

July 26, 2021 Dear Aizel Antolin, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 25, 2021 01:22:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Financial assistance for Covid 19 patient. Response to your request We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
