Hi magandang araw po. Humihingi po sana ako ng financial assistance pambili ng mga gamot. Kasalukuyan po ako nagpapatingin sa isang psychiatrist dahil ako po ay diagnosed ng persistent depressive disorder at wala pa akong pangbili ng mga gamot kasi sobrang mahal ng mga ito. Sana po matulungan niyo po ako kahit papaano. Maraming salamat.
January 11, 2022 Dear Jesrel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 10, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial Assistance. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request to be incomplete.
