Good day. My father who has hypertension and diabetes was admitted last Sept 19, 2021 in First Cabuyao Hospital And Medical Center. He was categorized as severe covid 19 despite tha t he was completely vaccinated with sinovac. He is still on high flow oxygen up to now and undergoing hemoperfusion. We would just like to ask financial aid for his mounting hospital bills adding everyday. Thank you and Godbless us all.

September 29, 2021 Dear Roslaine Velez, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 29, 2021 01:53:31 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial Aid for my Senior Citizen Covid positive father. Response to your request We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
