just want to ask regarding po sa last pay or back pay.. nag resigned po Kasi Ako sa previous company ko effective Sept 5 and work from home po Ako. nung last duty ko Ang advise po sakin ng team leader ko is wait ko daw po Yung email ni hr for the instruction kung pano ibabalik Yung assets na nasakin. then naka received po Ako ng email Sept. 7 from hr then nag balik po Ako ng assets Sept. 12 tapos po Ang Sabi sakin ng hr and IT deducted na po Yung headset and other assets ko sa last pay or back pay ko Kasi kailangan po ibalik Yung mga assets within 7 days from my the date nag

September 27, 2022 Dear Angelica Charibelle Parsacala, Thank you for your request dated Sep 27, 2022 09:57:06 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Final Pay. May we provide you with a copy of DOLE Labor Advisory No. 6 s. 2020 Guidelines on the Payment of Final Pay and Issuance of Certificate of Employment. The said Advisory provides that the Final Pay shall be released within 30 days after the separation or termination of employment. Further, it is also said that any issues arising from the payment of Final Pay shall be resolved by the DOLE RO/FO having jurisdiction to the establishment for conciliation and mediation proceedings.
