Hi Sir/Madam, I would like to request any document or link about vertical alignment for the doctoral degrees to be used for promotion in tertiary education. I would like to clarify something regarding my promotion. I am a part of the General Education department in our institution and am currently the head of the curriculum unit. I was a graduate of BSE MATH and MS in Mathematics Education. Recently, I graduated with a degree of Doctor of Education in Educational Administration, and with this I applied for promotion but our VCA declined it because of the vertical alignment reason.
