Send a letter of formal request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Agency Head/Thesis Adviser of the requester indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata to [email protected] 2. Once the request is approved, we will send you Data Product Agreement for your signature. 3. Requested data will be provided to you once required documents are processed and approved. In the meantime, you may wish to visit the openstat.psa.gov.ph as this contains items of the surveys the PSA conducts, or you may send specification of tables (variables in row,column format) and we will do the tabulation for you. Aug 27, 2019 Dear Archie, I refer to my letter of Jun 04, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for FIES Datasets and Their Respective Questionnaires. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Aug 27, 2019. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
