1. Number of kilometers of fiber optic cables rolled out by telcom companies ;
2. Number of Telecom Services (e.g. Local Exchange Carrier Service and Cellular Mobile Radio Service Providers)
3. Number of Value Added Service Providers (VAS) for Internet Service Provider (ISP) (Telecommunications , Non- Telecommunications and Cable) and Non- ISP (Telecommunications , Non- Telecommunications and VOIP )
