We would like to request a copy of the feasibility study of the Pulangi 4 Selective Dredging Phase 3 Project, which has been listed by NEDA’s latest updates on the Duterte administration’s infrastructure flagship projects, as having been completed as of 13 June 2018 (see: http://www.neda.gov.ph/infrastructure-flagship-projects).

The studies obtained will be used for a policy research paper regarding the 75 flagship projects under the Build, Build, Build program, which we hope to publish in the next few months.

We hope for your good office’s kind consideration in this matter.

Dear Mr. Jose Miguelito Enriquez, 

We received your request for a copy of the feasibility study of the Pulangi 4 Selective Dredging Phase 3 Project, which has been listed by NEDA’s latest updates on the Duterte administration’s infrastructure flagship projects, as having been completed as of 13 June 2018.  Please be informed that the study related to this project was not conducted specifically for dredging works.  It was contracted-out by National Power Corporation to Dr. Guillermo Q. Tabios III of UP-Hydraulic Research and Development Center to conduct a Sedimentation and Central Study. The Pulangi reservoir’s dredging works (Phase 1-3) was developed by NPC based on the Tabios Study. As a matter of policy, we release information at cost to defray reproduction expenses but can be given free for academic purposes. Since you claim that the information will be used for a policy research paper, please send a request letter in the school’s letter head and noted by the Dean or research adviser addressed to our President and CEO Mr. Pio J. Benavidez explaining the need for the data.  

We will be marking this request as resolved and will wait for your letter request.
