Greetings! We would like to request a copy of the feasibility study of the Nationwide Fish Ports Project (Package III), which has been listed by NEDA’s latest updates on the Duterte administration’s infrastructure flagship projects, as having been completed as of 13 June 2018 (see: http://www.neda.gov.ph/infrastructure-flagship- projects). The studies obtained will be used for a policy research paper regarding the 75 flagship projects under the Build, Build, Build program, which we hope to publish in the next few months. We hope for your good office’s kind consideration in this matter.

Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Currently, the PFDA site is undergoing maintenance so you may consider refreshing the site or you can contact Philippine Fisheries Development Authority at 925-6141 925-7901 or email them at [email protected] to retrieve the files they have uploaded. Please bear with us as DA don't have decision maker yet who will manage the eFOI portal and our response to your request may take longer so we suggest to contact directly our attached agencies who handle your concerns.
