I would like to request a copy of the Feasibility Study of the Binondo-Intramuros Bridge to complete my research for a course on Public Works Project Development. It is a flagship infrastructure project included by NEDA under the current administration's Build, Build, Build Program, and has been on-going construction since July 2019.
A request has been sent before under eFoI request with Tracking No. #DPWH-241406348085 but the public attachment does not grant access to download.
Hopefully an arrangement can be made. Thank you, and please continue to stay safe and healthy.
