Hi! I would like to request the feasibility study conducted by BYD for the monorail system in Iloilo City which includes proposed engineering designs and its impact to the city's current transportation methods and its effect to the environment.

February 28, 2019 Dear Felee Emmanuel Morit, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 20, 2019 06:47:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Feasibility Study of Proposed Monorail System in Iloilo City by BYD. Your FOI request is approved. Per our Railway Sector, the DOTr do not have a copy of the feasibility study, and had not received any documents related to the said project. It was possible that this study was undertaken by BYD for the LGU. Please ask directly the LGU of Iloilo City regarding the matter. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
