Hi! I am a *** and currently working on a research paper. I would like to request a copy of feasibility study of Electric Jeepneys. The information gathered will be utilized for a research paper regarding the Department Order No. 2017-011 (Re: Omnibus Guidelines on the Planning and Identification of Public Road Transportation Services and Franchise Issuance) or Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), which will be submitted months from now. Your office's kind consideration about this matter will be highly appreciated.

September 4, 2018 Dear Mark Kevin Cortes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 08, 2018 01:51:48 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for FEASIBILITY STUDY OF ELECTRIC JEEPNEYS OPERATING IN MANILA. Your FOI request is approved. However, per the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure, there is no existing feasibility study of e-Jeepneys particularly on Metro Manila that was prepared by the Department of Transportation. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
