Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, per the Aerodrome Development Management Service (ADMS), you may contact the Department of Transportation (DOTr) as a they are the authorized agency handling the Feasibility Study of Bacolod-Silay Airport. It would also be helpful to note that Bacolod-Silay Airport is a foreign-funded project under the Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) known today as the Department of Transportation (DOTr). You may contact the DOTr for this document and if it is available for public consumption.
