August 20, 2018 Dear Via Pilapil, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 16, 2018 08:52:10 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Feasibility Study of Bacolod-Silay Airport. I was informed that the DOTr Air Transport Planning Division already responded to your request via email. I am closing now this request ticket. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
