To Whom it May Concern: Greetings! I am writing to request for a copy of the feasibility study for the Subic-Clark Railway , which was reportedly approved by the NEDA Board as of its last update on flagship infrastructure projects on July 31, 2019. This is because I am currently conducting policy-related research on existing China-funded flagship projects for the Build, Build, Build program, which I hope to feature in policy papers and briefs in the next few months.
