To Whom it May Concern: Greetings! I am writing to request for a copy of the feasibility study for the Feasibility Study for the Mindanao Railway Project – Phase 1 project, which was reportedly approved by the NEDA Board as of its last update on flagship infrastructure projects on July 31, 2019. This is because I am currently conducting policy-related research on China-funded flagship projects for the Build, Build, Build program, which I hope to feature in policy papers and briefs in the next few months. October 31, 2019 Dear Jerome Patrick Cruz, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 15, 2019 03:57:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Feasibility Study for the Mindanao Railway Project – Phase 1 project. Per the Office of Undersecretary for Railways, the DOTr is not yet allowed to share the feasibility study of Mindanao Railway as the project had undergone several updates. Thank you.
