To Whom it May Concern: Greetings! We are writing to request for a copy of the feasibility study for the Metro Manila Subway Project , which was reportedly approved by the NEDA Board last September 2017 (Source: http://www.neda.gov.ph/2017/09/13/neda-board-approves-metro-manila-subway-and-four-new-projects/) This is because we are currently conducting research on existing flagship projects for the Build, Build, Build program, which we hope to feature in policy research papers in the next few months. June 5, 2018 Dear Jerome Patrick Cruz, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 30, 2018 11:06:23 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Feasibility Study for the Metro Manila Subway Project. I regret to inform you that the Metro Manila Subway's feasibility study is still being conducted and targeted to be published by the 3rd quarter of 2018. Please also note that feasibility studies are owned by private consultants and partners, not by the DOTr. So, the request for these type of documents should be lodged to them. However, there are other related studies conducted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which is available online, that can be served as your reference.
