September 13, 2018 Dear Ydnar Dale Ganzon, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 06, 2018 08:43:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Feasibility study. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. However, per Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), there are no ongoing airport projects in Quezon province. Also, per our legal department, feasibility studies cannot be disclosed due to certain limitations and restrictions as provided by law. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
