August 10, 2022 Dear Levi Cabato tubiera, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 09, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Family tree hiegth waiver. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is not an information but a tribal confirmation for your height waiver. The NCIP Central Office is not processing such tribal confirmation but at the Regional Office since you are from Carmona Cavite you may address your concern to Dir. Carlos Buasen at [email protected] , or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir. Carlos Buasen at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
