Hi, I would like to ask how do I get a family status certificate notarized and legalized? Upon research I mostly see that consular offices abroad does the notary and legalization themselves. How about here in Metro Manila, Philippines. Do I make the certificate myself, process for notary public, and send to DFA for legalization?
