Hi, I would like to check if my lot has Transfer Certificate of Title? If there's a Title, may I know the TCT number so I can trace back to the register of deeds? My family own this lot since late 80's. We only have the tax dec only. It would be a great help if you can provide me the TCT. So we can process the necessary details. Here's the details: Province: Cebu Municipality: Bantayan Brgy. Baod Tax Dec No. 2020-09-0007-09713 Survey No. Cad. 711 - D Cadastral Lot No. 8515 Looking forward for your response on this query. Hi, I visited CENRO office and request for the land status. We found out that the Lot: 8515 has an existing Fee Patent Application VII-4-1011-B in the Name of LEODEGARIO MEDEL. I would like to know if the application has been processed? What is the TCT no.? Where are the documents and the transmittal?
