Hello!
Could we please have the latest estimate of NWPC for the family living wage at least in NCR but if possible also for the other regions?
And could we also please have an explanation of the methodology for coming up with the estimate/s?

Dear Mr. Africa:
With reference to your request for data on wages sent through the e-FOI portal on 03 May 2022, may we provide you with the attached available Excel file of monthly nominal minimum wage rates for non-agriculture and agriculture by region for the years 2000 to 2022.
On the other hand, the computation of real minimum wage uses the formula (Nominal Minimum Wage/CPI for the Month) x 100 and is dependent on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) officially released by the Philippine Statistics Authority, which you can access through https://psa.gov.ph/price-indices/cpi-ir.
Regarding your request for the latest family living wage data, may we inform you that the generation of said data using the methodology developed by the NWPC in 1998 has been discontinued.
