Hello! I am Karlene Cabaraban, a student of MA Demography in UP Diliman. I would like to ask for the dataset of the Family Health Survey in 2011. This is for our research assignment in our demography class. Thank you very much.

Since you did not provide the certification which is required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that in the meantime we are constrained to DENY your request.
You must also submit the following certification  as required by the UP System FOI Manual via email to [email protected] once you have re-filed your request via the eFOI portal.
