Hi, I would like to file a complaint against Phil Post Lapu Lapu regarding negligence failure of duty and not able to provide quality service. I would like to know a higher department in the government that handles this cases since Phil post never responds via email nor via contact number provided online. Issue: 2 letters by post were sent from the UK last Feb and April (with one valuable item in it) but was never sent nor delivered to the receiving end. We made a third attempt to deliver addressed at phil post mandaue and it was received.
