Good afternoon,
I am a computer science student of Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao currently doing a research on predicting the growth of harmful algal blooms in Davao Region.
We have also received datasets from BFAR REGION XI of algal counts from 2021 to late 2022. If DOST has more additional datasets it would be very much appreciated.
1. Recorded observations from year 2020 to 2022.
2. I would like to request for any available data set that could benefit my study such as instances of HABs with parameters like :
Specific Location is REGION XI
a.)nitrogen
b.)phosphorous
c.)algal counts.

Attached to this reply is our Endorsement letter. And I am writing to follow up on my previous request for data related to the Factors in Harmful algal bloom production. I would like to request additional specifications on the locations of the data within REGION XI. Specifically, I am interested in the following locations within the region:
MALALAG BAY AREA
BALITE BAY in MATI CITY, DAVAO ORIENTAL
PUJADA BAY in MATI CITY, DAVAO ORIENTAL
I would be grateful if the Department of Science and Technology could provide me with any available data on the above mentioned locations.
