Hello, my Facebook and Instagram accounts have been hacked. I have filed a request before at DICT-191819983504, but this time these people are actively trying to get into my Instagram as well. Please send help. I have had some sleepless nights because my last request wasn't being responded to and I don't know where they might attack next

Your request You asked for Facebook and Instagram are compromised, please send help. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office finds that your request with us is invalid. We suggest that you report that to the facebook and not to the NTC. NTC is the agency that exercises jurisdiction over the supervision, adjudication and control over all telecommunication services. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to: THE HON. COMMISSIONER NTC Bldg., East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
