Hi, I would like to obtain the order(s) from Secretary Bello or DOLE relating to the extraterritorial and extrajudicial deportation order of Ms. Elanel Egot Ordidor, specifically:

1.) Any written instruction from Secretary Bello or DOLE regarding Ms. Ordidor;
2.) The justification of Secretary Bello or DOLE to violate Ms. Ordidor privacy by posting her name on a Facebook post. This public post (https://www.facebook.com/laborandemployment/posts/2663273470467826) not only violates privacy, but also taints potential jurors and prejudices Ms. Ordidor legal rights;
 3.) The cyberlibel case number.

This refers to your query on extraterritorial and extrajudicial deportation order of Ms. Eladel Egot Orlidor.

Please note that the request is denied as the information requested is deemed confidential and internal to the Department.

Further, the information requested falls under item no. 5 of the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 series of 2016, which was reiterated in Item No. 5 Section VII on exceptions of the DOLE FOI People's Manual which states that:
