I am the victim and complainant in a case of Attempted Parricide and Extradition recommendation endorsed to DOJ in 2017 by Prosecutors. I was informed DOJ have not filed the said request through the Philippine DFA. I want confirmation and proof of Transmission to Australia by the Secretary of DFA and an update as Ordered by TRC Branch 66, Talisay City, November 1st 2020. I note as per Executive OrderNo.2 Exemptions do not apply when there is a Court Order. Feel free to email me for this Court Order which over-rides any Exemption. Also note Sec. 6. Ex Order No.2
